To ensure each client receives thoughtful, unrushed support, all new clients begin with a first visit and skin consultation. This allows care to be guided intentionally based on your skin, goals, and lifestyle.

Availability is limited, all appointments are booked online.


What’s included in the first visit?

It includes a detailed skin analysis, a conversation about your lifestyle and current routine, and a customised treatment selected based on your skin’s needs that day. This visit is about understanding what your skin needs now and how to move forward in a way that feels realistic and supportive.


Do you offer one-time facials?

While treatments can be enjoyed individually, skincare is most effective when guided over time. Many clients choose to return regularly because each visit builds upon the last, supporting long-term skin health rather than short-term results.

There is never pressure to commit - recommendations are always discussed together, based on what feels aligned for you.


How should I prep for my appointment?

Please arrive with a clean face and no makeup. Avoid using active ingredients such as retinoids or exfoliating acids for 48 hours prior to your visit. It’s also best to avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, or intense workouts immediately before your appointment.
